BusinessSolutions provides strategic consulting, operational efficiency assessments, and business optimization guidance tailored to companies operating in the South African market. Our services include diagnostic reviews, process mapping, compliance advisory, and implementation support. All deliverables are based on information provided by the client and are intended for internal business use only.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of services. You are responsible for implementing recommendations at your own discretion and risk. BusinessSolutions is not liable for decisions made based on our guidance, nor for any outcomes resulting from external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market shifts, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BusinessSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. BusinessSolutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any digital resources or tools if payment is overdue or if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services and notify us within 14 days.
